The current packages are designed for a duration of 2 hours for up to 20 kids but we offer extra hours, catering upgrades, entertainment upgrades, or themed decorations should this standard package not suit your celebration needs.

It’s best to book at least 2 weeks in advance to secure the desired date and ensure availability. After all, why would you want to stress till the last minute?
Clients are entitled to cancel their reservation for free up to 15 days before the scheduled event. If the event is cancelled between 15 to 5 days before the scheduled date, clients are entitled to a credit note or free rescheduling to another date within 60 days of the scheduled event date. All reservations cancelled 5 days prior to the event are not eligible for any refund.
If a cancellation occurs within the free cancellation period, which is 15 to 5 days before the event, we offer clients the option to receive a credit note for the full amount paid or schedule the event to a preferred date. This credit note can be redeemed on any future booking within 60 days from the original event date and is nontransferable
To cancel or reschedule, clients must notify us via email or phone within the specified time frames. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made outside of our business hours will be considered received on the next business day.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Credit notes will be issued promptly.

Who dare control the unity of your wild troop! In case of any changes you can communicate with our team for the same. Our packages are designed to accommodate up to 20 children. Should the count decrease, the price of the packages stays the same. However, in case of the count exceeding 20 children, an additional charge of 75 AED plus VAT per child will be applicable.
Yes, a coordinator from the Wild Child Team is always present at the premises from set up to dismantle. Please note, a coordinator is not the same as a host or entertainer. Should you wish to hire a host, feel free to reach out to our team
We would arrive 3 hours prior to the event time to set up and would stay for an hour after the event is over in order to assemble our belongings after. Please note, the event shall run for 2 hours only. If you wish to extend the duration, this needs to be communicated with the team before the event so the invoice can be generated accordingly.
Safety of the kids is a priority at the Wild Child Events. We follow a routine check to make sure all the supplies are clean and the backdrops are sturdy! When it comes to food, the meal boxes are from the most reliable DHA approved sources and we always urge the parents to share any allergies and exclusions upon booking the food options to accommodate the safety of the kids in attendance.
As a policy, to confirm any of the packages, you would have to make the full payment in advance. To make it convenient for you, we accept payment through bank transfer, cash or cheque. Our team of experts guide you through the process of payment and you can choose the most convenient option for you!
